Who we are
An associate practice with reach across three markets.
Maaroc Pte Ltd is an associate company of Mendis Cobain Consultants (Pvt) Ltd, Sri Lanka, and Ascendia Expansion Solutions LLP, Bengaluru. Between them the group covers project and contract management, engineering and architectural design, dispute resolution and training across South and Southeast Asia.

Malith Mendis is a trainer and expert in construction law and international arbitration. As a FIDIC President’s List Adjudicator and Certified Trainer he has reviewed the FIDIC 2017 Conditions of Contract and examined FIDIC Certified Trainer assessments.
He has delivered training in Sri Lanka, India and the Maldives, and holds memberships of several adjudicator and arbitrator panels worldwide. His experience spans consulting, project management and contract administration — which is why the courses turn on cases rather than clauses read aloud.
